MortQ is completely ad-free and does not transfer data from your device. All entered information is stored locally on your mobile device, allowing for flexibility in adjusting specific values for varying property prices, mortgage rates, etc. A comprehensive analysis with input details, post-purchase liquidity figures, and estimated after-tax monthly payments can be saved as a text version through email. Each analysis can also be saved as a distinct MortQ data file to easily reference different property, income, or rate scenarios.
